In Stock Items

All sales are final, if your order arrives damaged, please contact [email protected] stating your name, contact information, order ID, and images of damage. All Damages need to be reported within 24 hrs of receiving the item.

Returns are subjected to a 10% restock fee on the price of the item(s) and return shipping costs.

Made to Order Items

All sales are final for made to order products on Rustic.com However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact [email protected] and we will do what we can to make it right.

Payment Policy

Payment is to be made in advance by purchasing your product(s) through our secure shopping cart. In some cases, we can send a money request via electronic invoice. Once payment is received, your purchase will be scheduled to be completed and you will receive an email with payment confirmation.
