Shipping & Delivery

At Rustic.com, we take great pride in making certain your order gets to you quickly and in one piece! However, delivering high end furniture is very tricky, so please read through the following steps to make sure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible! 

Many of our products are made in small batches and are personally picked and packed for shipment. Orders typically go out for shipment within 7 business days. Once shipped, you will be emailed tracking information and should receive your product within 5-7 days.

If you purchased a product labeled made to order, exciting! Your product is being made especially for you, and this careful craftsmanship will take a little longer than other products. Our artisans work hard to build your custom piece within the listed production times under the product description. Once completed, you will receive tracking information for the shipment.

If you purchased a product labeled preorder, please note the expected arrival date listed on the item description. You will receive tracking information once it is shipped. The support team will keep you updated on your preorder.


Please Note:
Large furniture pieces may be shipped via freight. If so, someone will contact you to schedule a curbside delivery time. Keep an eye out for emails on the process of receiving and accepting a freight package.

Important: Check the product immediately when delivered, if the product or box looks damaged, reject the shipment, take a photo and contact (701) 922-3078 or support@rustic.com for next steps on returning or exchanging.
